Delivery and returns

Have your order delivered almost anywhere in the world. For orders placed from France before 13H, packages are shipped within 24 hours.

To guarantee you the best delivery time, we prepare and ship your order within hours after the validation of your basket. Please contact us as soon as possible via our contact form if any changes are necessary. If your package has not yet been shipped, we can easily modify your delivery address.

FRANCE

Mondial Relay : 3,90€ Free from 150€ of purchase

Delivery in the relay point of your choice in 3 to 5 working days from the shipment. Once your order is validated, you will receive a tracking link for your package.

Colissimo : 5,90€ Free from 150€ of purchase

Home delivery in 2 or 3 working days from shipment. Once your order is validated, you will receive a tracking link for your package.

Chronopost 24h : 12,90€

Home delivery before 1pm on the next working day (except Corsica and coastal islands). In case of absence, the package will be immediately placed in a parcel relay.

EUROPE 

DHL : 7,90€ Free from 150€ of purchase

Home delivery in 3 to 5 days from the date of shipment. In case of absence, the package will be immediately placed in a parcel relay which will be communicated to you by a tracking link.

UK 

DHL : 7,90£ Free from 200£ of purchase

Home delivery in 3 to 5 days from the date of shipment. In case of absence, the package will be immediately placed in a parcel relay which will be communicated to you by a tracking link.

WORLD

DHL: 12,90$ Free from 200$ of purchase

Delivery at home in 3 to 5 days from the shipment. In case of absence, the package will be immediately placed in a parcel relay which will be communicated to you by a tracking link.

Follow my package

We send you an e-mail as soon as your package is shipped with a link allowing you to follow the delivery of your package. You can also find your tracking number directly in your personal space “My Account”, section “My Orders”.

I did not receive my package

We invite you to contact directly the customer service of the carrier in charge of the delivery of your package. They will be able to help you locate your package.

Return and exchange

For exchanges or returns, contact us via the form below:

  • Explain us what you want : an exchange or a return
  • Pack your squadrons carefully in their original box, unworn, unwashed.
  • We will send you within 24 hours a return form and a  label to stick on your parcel and to deposit in a relay point (we will give you all information when you will contact us).
  • Mail it within 15 days of the date of receipt of your order. We will proceed with the exchange or refund upon receipt of your package.

Don’t panic if you are a bit late, at escadrille, we are flexible!
