There is still time to write to you to wish you our very best for a fantastic 2020!
Ushering in a new decade gives us the chance to take stock of the past few years while presenting our roundup of 2019.
The first thing we can say is that it was a year when we learned a lot…
The biggest change in 2019 was outsourcing our logistics (joy of joys!); after years spent sending out our shipments ourselves, we were delighted to take this step!
In April we launched a major new project: our podcast Dis-moi combien tu chausses? (What’s your shoe size?) . We have loved making these recordings and it is something we would like to pursue in 2020 from a different angle. Watch this space…
May was party season! The Maquereaux boat hosted our first Escadrille event. It was a fantastic evening in an enchanting setting that was perfect for our guests.
After the boat event, the next bit of news was our POP-UP STORES. The stunning Terrass hotel in Paris’s 18th arrondissement hosted us for a week and we were also on sale in the Belles Amies store in St-Germain-des-Près.
June, July, and August were busy months for us: summer is our peak season!
It is you, your loyalty, and your support that are driving our development.
As we have already mentioned, 2020 is going to be about renewal for Escadrille. Our brand image is growing and changing!
You will soon be able to see our new visual identity: we have reworked our logo, we have new boxes, and our website has been entirely revamped… as have our 2020 collections, of course.
We have never doubted the quality of our products or the reliability of our manufacturer and their artisans, one of Escadrille’s key tenets, but we still had the feeling that something was missing, that our image wasn’t quite on a level with the exceptional quality of our shoes.
After two years, this is the perfect time for a rethink.
With invaluable help, we are currently writing the next chapter of our story…
We will soon be revealing our new 2020 collection and our brand identity.
We really hope you will love it as much as we do! We can’t wait to hear what you think…
